RULE CHANGE 12/03/07
PLEASE READ THIS. Alright guys... if you are trying to become a member of the board, you need to read this! I've been getting a lot of spam through the board, specifically sent as if people were applying, so I've been rejecting pretty much anyone who's applied.
If you actually want to draw here, make it VERY clear. Leave a comment or something. I've also IP banned more addresses than I can remember, some of which were host bans instead of single addresses. If you are unable to access the board because of this, let me know!!! I may have banned a few people who didn't deserve it by mistake.
IF YOU DO NOT LEAVE A COMMENT OR A URL OR EXAMPLE PIC, YOU WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
Otherwise, there are no rules. The board is too small for that ^_~ and no one has really been added since I did the mass IP ban thing. I do ask that you try to finish pics and not post a ton of unfinished ones, but I'm the worst when it comes to that XP so I just ask that if be kept to a minimum (and, yes, if my own pics have been unfinished for X-amount of time I do delete them).
